Maureen Beswick is a board certified adult nurse practitioner, specializing in the care of hospitalized patients with gastroenterological and hepatic disorders. She joined Jersey Shore Gastroenterology in 2003, and is currently affiliated with Atlantic Regional Medical Center, Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation, Acuity Care Center and Shore Medical Center.

Maureen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. She is certified by the American Nurses' Credential Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Prior to receiving her nurse practitioner certification Maureen practiced nursing in the medical intensive care/trauma unit at Atlantic Regional Medical Center.

In addition to her work as a nurse practitioner, Maureen mentors graduate students guiding them through their clinical experiences.
